Overview

Mission

The mission of our center is to improve educational guidance for international students, to encourage Japanese students to study abroad, and to promote student exchanges. In this way, we aim to contribute to the globalization of education.

Activities

The center provides Japanese language education and education on Japanese culture, society, and the international community to international students, as well as academic and daily life advice. We also manage and guide the MEXT scholarship programs for Teacher Training Program and Japanese Language and Culture Program, and conduct research on international student education. In addition, we regularly organize events such as traditional cultural experiences and study tours to deepen international students’ understanding of Japan, and actively promote exchanges between international students, Japanese students, and the local community. We also offer advising services and support for our students who wish to study abroad, and various initiatives to promote overseas study, providing educational support for both incoming and outgoing students.
